That second video was beautifully done, but I did not see any joy in the man's eyes. What I saw was: "This might be my last day on earth."

On the ground it was: "I can't believe I ate the whole thing."

No doubt he went through tremendous adrenalin rushes, secure in the knowledge that if the worst happened he would not suffer.

Judging from the helicopter that picked him up, that video must be fairly old. I didn't see the date on it.
