ccu.to - Investec is getting the better end of this deal, by a long shot ... so many problems combined to make the situation, quite a list, perfect storm

But they'll survive, going-concern clause notwithstanding - so few millions needed to get them through, now that they've cut costs way back, that somebody will come up with it ... how about a 50m share PP at a dime, with full wts at .15 for sweetener, taken down by say RCF ... ahem

They don't hold out much hope for Lisbon Valley, future is at San Javier and Terrazas ... milk what's on the pads at LV and move on

It'll trade up from here? ... i think so, was concerned about a sell-the-news reaction but it didn't run heading into the financials, and this is pretty clear stuff, it'll go north from here ... don't believe in this .50 and 1.00 malarkey in the foreseeable future though, i was lurking stockhouse on ccu a while ago and people were talking crazy numbers, well that's what some do there all the time ... there is going to be dilution of existing shareholders by some means, lots of rough stuff to get through yet ... but if they're passable on the conference call, i can see it doubling from here, maybe not quite, or a little better, then some hurry-up-and-wait to see what shakes out next
