I'm probably a bigger cheapskate than you. I hate to buy something for several hundred bucks that I know will be $50 bucks in a couple of years. I downloaded every old bit of music I was even vaguely interested in while you could still get away with it, and have it all on MP3 CD's.

I really need to upload it all to my computer so I can better organize it. What I've got now is a 10 hour CD of the Stones, Miles Davis, Beethoven, etc. All of them would easily fit on my giant HD.

Also, I'm really sick of these ever-shifting media formats.
