"The only way for the poor to get the same treatment as the rich is a socialized system. " They can't really believe that equality on that metric is a reasonable goal can they? It is unattainable. Just look at Canada and the fact that the wonderful Canadian health care system lost a patient when the Billionaire heiress that Clinton was believed to be dating came to America because she wanted effective treatment rather than equally slow and ineffective treatment.
