I wouldn't argue with your conclusion that he is trying to execute a plan and that we (I) have no insight into his plan. That doesn't mitigate the fact that he is an idiot (along with his advisers). I would venture to say that any adviser that showed any interest in doing the right thing (rather than kowtowing to Bush) was summarily fired. I base this conclusion on the fact that he has been in office since January 2001 and has, in that time, executed many plans all of which have failed.
