When eagle feathers are outlawed, only outlaws will have eagle feathers. Sounds familiar.

<<It is in fact illegal. We had a young lad here in WI that had a feather collection for a science display at school that a warden confiscated and brought the kid up on charges. Fortunately someone higher in the food chain told the over eager moron to drop the charges and give the kid back his feather collection minus the eagle feather but it can get you arrested.>>

Our case was a woman who's son picked up a shed eagle feather at a zoo. She made dream catchers and when HRC was coming to the U of I was asked to make her a dream catcher. She added the eagle feather. HRC took it back to the White House and someone noticed the eagle feather. Did Hillary get nailed over having the feather? No. The woman who made the dreamcatcher got nailed even though it was in Hillary's possession. The maker got a fine and 5 years probation which meant she couldn't leave the county to go to her JOB. Did Slick pardon her like he did with the high dollar guys? NO!
