But I don't agree that it was as simple as most deals out there -- nor particularly well explained. First there were *two* versions of it, and nobody seemed to be quite sure which was correct. And even now there are several ways in which the "90 days" and "average" of the London PM fix could be interpreted. I like the "approximate" approaches adopted by one or two posters here, because who knows how the company lawyers will eventually do the calc? :^(

To me the important thing to consider is that it may lead to some weakness in the stock due to dilution. I'm not complaining personally because I've got a chunk of the "A" Shares and I'm going to get 10 CKG Common for each, practically for free. But others may have some concerns. JMHO.
