I saw the mayor of Baltimore interviewed on CNBC a couple of days back. Other than to say that Baltimore and Cleveland seem to be in a race to become the next Detroit, (and I apologize for any offense to any residents of any of those places that I might stumble into in my enfeebled old age-no wait that was low IQ? beefcake? Caste?. I get so confused anymore, where did I put those glasses) I have no comment. Have no plans or reason to visit any of those places. ARS
