Yahoo now has a message board for THPW--and today I found this post over there that I choose to share.... Some Stuff 20-Jan-08 11:49 am Welcome all. First, I think you should all be on the lookout for the new Thorium Energy Independence Act which is now co sponsored by senate majority leader Harry Reid ( the act was originally sponsored by Rep. Orinn Hatch). It has seemingly bipartisan support and is calling for 250 million dollars for R&D and the creation of a chair within the Department of Energy. This bill was for all intents and purposes written by THPW. When it is announced I think the media will jump all over it as it provides the political cover to jumpstart a new nuclear power policy in this country. Aslo, look out for some color put out by the company on its most recent deal i.e., the country, the terms, and future activity. There is a lot going on here and I think we are in the first inning here. Good luck.
