You must be talking about the Founding Fathers in the nation you grew up in before you fled to America.

Our founding fathers weren't so stupid. They limited the presidency to four terms (later amended to two).

The Founding Fathers in America never placed any limit on the number of terms the President can serve.

On March 21, 1947 Congress passed the 22nd Amendment to the US Constitution which limited the President to two terms. This was finally ratified by all 50 states on February 27, 1951.

Which country did you emigrate from which limited their President to just four terms?
