RR has $35M of which $9M may end up frozen because of ABCPs.

That leaves $25M. This is a lot and should allow to reach N43-101.

As for price per ounces on takeover, $50 is not realistic for such a large deposit, should be higher. But in the end economics will dictate. As an example, Viceroy was taken over at more than $200/oz.
