It seems that the stock wants to go up without closing its Jan 25 UG <g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com It announced last week that it has engaged Morgan Stanley as its advisor in connection with its ongoing process to explore strategic alternatives, which include possible sale of the company or some partnership or merger agreements.. The stock is trading at >11x BV with a negative CF around $1.30 It doesn't have significant LTD & the insiders hold >40% Will see if MS can find an acquirer or partner that could bring the shrs > $5 level.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
