LIAR. The smearvets are traitors. Criminals. Their libel merited them prison time. When one veteran lies about another and claims he didn't deserve his medals (without any facts backing him up) just for some disgusting corrupt partisan political smear campaign it's a form of treason. It's like stabing a fellow vet in the back with a traitor's knife. Not a single Smearvet claim turned out to be true, none of it. All total hogwash of the ugliest most sordid kind. And they knew it the whole time. 101 deliberate lies by a few far rightwing operatives and some 250 veterans who didn't even know Kerry who just decided to lien to support Bush and the Iraq debacle, thereby hurting our troops and getting a lot of them killed and maimed.
