I know you are a RE bear, and I am not exactly a bull, but I have to say at this point in time I'd rather have money in bay area real estate than almost any other asset. It is obvious we are being held up by dollar deflation and a relatively strong economy here. A coworker bought a house in dec 06 and it has appreciated quite nicely.

Going to take a lot more than INTC to hurt Silicon Valley real estate. It's doing just fine. When GOOG and AAPL miss, then we might have a problem.
