ravenseye, you can't have meaningful exchanges with someone who is disingenious. You can only state your argument, present the facts to support it, and put it out there. Don't take anything he says seriously. Tony is in prison where he belongs. Tony is actually very lucky IMO that the court did not allow his terrorist ties into the trial. He is still allowed habeus corpus when other recognized terrorists are not. He should be counting his blessings, IMO.

ravenseye, you make a good point. Weren't the logs part of discovery? As you documented, Tony is on the record, in his website logs, talking to his brother, at the "Pentagon". Were the phone records part of the documents produced at discovery? Either way, if Tony was truthful in regards to his brother's whereabouts on 9/11, then the government has him at the Pentagon on 9/11. If Tony was not being truthful about his brother's whereabouts, the government has documented proof of Tony lying to his website members of his brother's whereabouts on 9/11.
Didn't Tony request that the logs be destroyed?
