It is like many other canadian corporations who have invested part of their cash in ABCPs. Now there is the Montreal accord that has been put in place to make sure nobody loses. We should know more in January February. The news was published last fall by CKG. RR has said the paper is rated top quality though by National Bank. I haven't heard since then.
