Actually the temperature of the globe rises and falls on a daily basis as different parts of the earth have far different properties of adsorption and reflection and annually as the earth obit changes the daily insolation totals by over three percent.

You have not comprehended the very simple above reality. It's not the fact that the sun is always shining on the globe. It what form of water in shines on and how intensely it is shinning.

Take the data that creates this chart and integrate hourly and daily vertical line or area and one will see a variation that is proportional too the hourly and daily variations in temperature of the globe.
