No. IMO, a gold exploration company, developer or producer should have its cash in gold and to a lesser degree in the safest of the safest fiat currency instruments.

Well I agree that it made no sense to buy those commercial papers if one understood them properly. SO either RR was guilty of not trying to understand them better, or he received false representations from the National Bank people.

As for spending the money in exploration... RR is doing that.. although maybe not as fast as some shareholders would like. I think it is happening now in 2008. He is finally spending big, because what is has to spend on is big.
