WOW!- can't you just PM us the next time (vbg).

Blood is flowing in gold stocks like hogs getting butchered in a Kansas City meat packing plant. I mean cleavers are flying everywhere and theres no where to hide.

Damn Slider- next time Private Message us first. You got your herd stampede now didnt you. Hot & fast money shooting first and asking questions later- was an understatement.

This one caught me flat flooted. I just dont get it? Everyone knows the Fed is going to cut, cut and cut again? And when they do- the sector will explode to the upside all over again. I just don't see why the big shakeout just a few days before the Fed meets?

Is this move saying that there may not be a Fed cut?

I just can't believe that.

Ron

not sure if i have ever seen 17 recos before: your money line appears to have done the trick today but it could be "too easy"

>> This move was -- "too fast and too easy." <<

Oh, you can say that about anything -- tech was too easy for month after month after month in 99 ...

I'm not putting down your approach -- I just disagree that any relative value approach is all wrong. Gold is clearly undervalued on a number of counts and the shares are hugely discounted even if gold is going to settle back to 750 ...

if the hot money has done anything it has been to hoodwink folks into thinking the shares are worth-less relative to other assets ...

don't call me a perma-bull. I just don't want to do a lot of options and trading in and out --

I think one can do well simply selling some on huge advances and redeploying this on declines, not forgetting basics about valuation.

$HUI:$GOLD shows hardly any froth and juniors are a steal here -- can the deals get better?? heck, yes ...

I regard another break of hui == 400 to be quite unlikely and have put money on it.

I doubt there are very many people who can execute a strategy as you describe ...
