Ann, when you enter a stall in a public rest room, do you have an expectation of privacy? I certainly do. Of course, that is what makes Craigs conduct illegal.

I dunno, but I recently sat in a stall that was narrow and the toilette paper holder was right above my knee and I had to sit at a slight angle. I also have a wide stance and later someone sat in the stall next to me. His foot was just inches from mine and he started tapping his foot! So I had to get out quick! I reached down to pull my pants up and the edge of my finger caught the bottom of the divider when I pulled them up. So I can sorta see Craig's argument.
