I'm not saying it is shallow just commenting on bay area real estate patterns

I am really bearish

my original point was that there are pockets of RE in the bay area (like buying an 800K house in the midst of willow glen where every other house is being bought by a developer and selling for 2 million) where real estate is a better investment than liquid assets here. Thats all I am saying. I don't trust too many liquid assets right now.
