You do mean like charging $20 for a bag of ice after a hurricane, right? Well if so, then Tim does have a unique perspective.

Define profiteering and I'll be able to answer the question.

Some "profiteers" steal supplies or equipment to sell for their own profit. That's wrong.

Other people are called profiteers just charge a lot when the market will bear that price. I don't think that's wrong.
