What I do is pour 8-8ozs in a picture and drink it all day. When the picture is empty, I know I've had enough. If I'm going out, I pour some back into a bottle, as I always have a bottle of water in my car.

fill up a water pitcher each morning and then refill your glass from it. my wife used to think she was drinking a lot of water and would get dehydrated. taking blood thinners this could be very dangerous and develop clots.

to correct the situation i measured all intake of water. you would surprised at how often by mid afternoon she had to play catch up on water intake. it was an eye opener. she always had a glass of water with her too.

oh, she was also on water pills as she accumulated water in her legs. what a circle that was all day long. g
