There is always that possibility, but I should be okay, I put in a tight stop. Not so tight that if it drops a couple of points and then goes back up I won't be out in the cold.

So if we hold rather than sell now and sell at Orace's bid when it happens:

Downside:
- regulatory agencies might not allow
- deal might fall through somehow
- market totally tanks and deal falls through

Upside:
- we get between 9 - 10% annualized return
- possibility that a competitor comes in and bids up (?)
- irrational exuberance occurs, the fans go wild and bid the stock up over Oracle's bid
- we keep holding and get a piece of Oracle (or is that a downside?)
