Meaning I think that all else being equal, people will on the average live longer if they can receive health care than if they can not. And that to some point receiving more and/or better health care increases that effect.

The "all else being equal" is important because people who receive more health care typically do so because they are more ill.

The "to some point" is important because just piling on health care treatments can be useless or even counterproductive.

But health care does tend to help people live longer.
