NGEN Is up for 4th day on a roll, trading above the $0.50 level,up 10.18% with volume now > 783M bigcharts.marketwatch.com It announced on Friday that it has received stockholder approval on 2 of the 3 proposals presented at its special meeting on Feb 1. 2008. The RS was approved with a range of 1:5 to 1:15, to be determined by the board. (The special meeting was adjourned until Feb 11 at 2:00 PM PST) The stock is just starting to get off from the DT coming from its Jul H at $1.65 (Of course it has some way to go to just get back to the $1 level.<g>) The stock is now trading around 0.6xBV & the short ratio is > 2x its ADV.
