There are MANY up here in the NW that sound just like them....Especially at the Professor level at the colleges....It's really distressing, to tell you the truth.

The thing that is REALLY interesting and upsetting to me is; To a man or woman, none of them want to talk about their views, nor hear the views of anyone else. Their mind is made up, thank you very much.

And it doesn't seem to matter about income level. You might expect it would be just the have not's that think that way, but even more distressing are those who have new found riches (attornies, techies of all sorts) that think that way. They are the very ones that are fueling the clatter chatter, because they must feel guilty. And yet, I don't notice any of them but Gates giving their money away.

Karen, for years now I've been wondering just how the hell Harry Reid keeps getting reelected.......Now I know, if those people were representative of the condition of the Dem party in that state.

I've had the same thought about Ted Kennedy in Mass.

Harvard, Wellesley, Radcliffe instead of raising the political IQ of the citizens does the opposite.
