Yes it is not good. I eat fast food so rarely anymore that it just didn't occur to me that they could get this very simple order wrong. I was wrong. Boy if you ever want to bring the world to a stand still hand them 21 dollars for a 15 and change bill. The look of confusion and insistence on handing me back the one is always wonderful for my sense of humor. The look of non understanding when I explain that I don't want 4 ones always gets the bp a little bump.
