Hi Tom,

Long time, no see...

The concept is interesting. I went over to the Value Line web site and saw that they don't offer anything comparable amongst their mutual funds, which leaves me wondering how these guys are able to capitalize on Value Line's ratings. I wonder if Value Line receives some sort of compensation or something.

Anyway, the concept intrigues me. The strategy should obviously work well in a bull market, but I'd like to see how well they do in a market downturn. My thinking is that market leaders (by industry/sector) could change so rapidly in a bear market that these guys would be incurring abnormally large transaction expenses buying and selling as market leaders become market duds, and prior duds become the new leaders, albeit only temporarily. I'll have to keep an eye on the fund. I subject marked the new thread, so feel free to keep posting any news...

EK!!!
