SPWR at $76 today. Still sliding. Whew. How low can it go?

A PE of 50 would make more sense to me, given their current and expect growth rates. A PE of 100 would be rich, but alot more palatable.

So PE of 50-100 translates into $62-124, based on TTM EPS of $1.24E for 12/2007.

We're in that range now.

One last piece of analysis. Yahoo! says expected growth rate for next year is 65%. If you use that as your PE, then that would translate into a price of 65 * 1.24 = $80.60.
