Truthseeker doesn't have any ammunition. He has took on the role of sympathizer and apologist. Ken Breen served as Coordinator of the Capital Markets Unit of the Terrorist Financing Task Force in Washington, D.C. Breen's unit investigated whether profiteering occurred in the financial markets in anticipation of the 9/11 attacks. This was why Breen was selected by the US Attorney’s Office to litigate the US's criminal racketeering and stock fraud case against Tony and his criminal enterprise. The court not allowing Tony's terrorist ties into his criminal case appears to have baffled and frustrated Breen. The criminal indictments against Tony stemmed from Breen's task force investigations into 9/11 profiteering in the financial markets. Then you have the fact that Elgindy was being held in a Brooklyn detention center while awaiting his trial in New York, with other suspected terrorists. Tony was a resident of California. So, the question is why the court would not allow Tony's terrorist ties into the trial? Not to "predjudice" a jury? The US attorney believed that the financing of terrorism was behind the criminal indictments and that is why Breen was selected to litigate the case against the Elgindy racketeering ring. Tony was also being held in a NY detention center, where other 9/11 terror suspects were being held. Tony's place of residence was California. Royer testified that his participation in Elgindy's ring was solely to prevent 9/11. His testimony was that other agents informed him Elgindy was a suspect in a terror probe. When Cleveland responded in court that that investigation was related to terrorism Judge Dearie halted the proceedings. The judge instructed the court that they would hear no evidence that Mr. Elgindy or others were involved in 9/11. Elgindy himself has denied any ties to 9/11. In one of the rambling manifestos that he penned from prison, published here on SI, Tony stated, “Amazingly, and maliciously without a single shred of evidence to support and mountains of evidence to refute, Mr. Breen accused, Anthony Elgindy, an American who attended USC, played football, wrestled, and graduated an Illinois State Scholar, of being the one person on the planet who knew about Sept 11th!!" Fortunately for Tony, the court did not allow any testimony, or evidence, related to 9/11 and terror, into the trial. Judging by Truthseeker's poor defense of Tony's terrorist ties here on SI, it appears obvious that Tony would've had a very difficult time defending himself in a court of law.
