Columnists are not controlled by the newspaper or magazine they write for......Get yourself educated Shorty, don't you know someone who can help you? BTW, Bill Crystal, editor of the very conservative Weekly Standard, now writes a column in the NYTimes.... Spike Lee popularized the term in 2001.

The New York Times is our greatest news paper. They report fact. Their main editorial voice is centrist-progressive, but they have 3-4 conservative columnists who get published every day. They definitely allow in all sides of the issues. Limbaugh and Hannity types though are not news reporters or journalists. They are propagandists. They take the news and skew it, ignoring anything detriment to far rightwing dogma and the Bushie establishment, playing up anything positive to their cause, and every single day they smear the political opponents. They are very skillful at this but they are strictly partisan opinion, not news or factual reporting. The New York Times never does anything like that. Therefore, the NY Times is obviously a hundred times more credible than Limbaugh, who by the way has been caught lying hundreds of times, not to mention encouraging far rightwing terrorist types like Timothy McVeigh and his white supremecist militia buddies by pushing false phobias and myths and spreading hatred through the heartland. Limbaugh in fact a fascist. And fascists hate a strong honest press. All dictators do and Limbaugh would love to see a rightwing dictatorship in this country.
