No, he didn't. In a Playboy interview, he admitted feeling lust in his heart occasionally. What he confessed had nothing to do with a "pic".

Jimmy Carter is clean as a whistle morally. 100% opposite of many rightwing leader hypocrites who take the Lord's name in vain, fleece the flocks, accuse others of immorality and spend private time cruising mens rooms and picking up gay prostitutes. That is the rightwing way. Jimmy Carter is our only truly christian president. That's a 100% fact. He walks the walk and always has. Not a single scandal in his entire life.
