Humm. What does it say on that? People who have homesteaded lately can't get a reduction in taxes even if the value of their house drops?

Eventually, as housing prices fall, taxes SHOULD go down.

Not if you are in SOH for a while. Small print says they can't go down.

I don't feel the same about local government... I think they do a good job and it's part of why property values are high.


Are you in Tampa or a suburb?
