this gets confusing, as the state of Nevada is one of the greatest fighters of the expansion of legal gambling online and to other states. They forced Harrah's to get out of the online biz many years ago. So, we're getting some strange bedfellows on all sides.

What you said about primaries is absolutely correct. Why should non-members be allowed to vote in a party primary? That is whacko.

Also, the Nevada caucuses pointed out the goofiness of that system. Hillary won, but Barack got the most delegates. Huh? But it doesn't matter, because the delegates are not committed until the state convention. Uh, then what does the caucus do?

A very goofy way to choose the most powerful person in the world.
