Well, there is decent CHART support for the SPX close on the weekly. But...it's far below the 0.382 retrace off the June '06 low @ 1355 (and I heard some guy say the other day that any decent stock or index will rally @ 0.382, so he must be right); and the 0.236 retrace is at 1302. One guru on CNBC today said 1275 before a bounce; and denninger as a final target of 1220 (there may be an intervening bounce). To those who had the stuff to buy the close (and I note QLD closed lower than yesterday by a smidgen)...my hat's off to ya! I'm holding some of my more conservative dip buys, but have gotten rid of the more volatile stuff..."just in case"
