You think you need a Hr. Dr. from Munich right? Where has Hr. Dr. been in the past 20 years with his "serious" replies? Let me tell you somehting: I am now in Papua. We need to put up a link to cut the costs of the satellite transponders. Need to build across jungle. solar will come in handy. No problem of space to deploy. I build (and that was 20 years ago those things between Nigeria and Niger Republique. That is why people here are numero uno: they didn't lear that stuff seating on a library. They are INVOLVED.
