Actuaries and people with similar risk management skills (and maybe better math skills) should have more of a role in the management of some of our financial institutions. I was very impressed with the approach taken at ING during the year I worked there.

You have any additional comments on REITs? I think that real estate has a bit to come down in some regions, but is this already factored into the price of these guys?
