That was well written; thank you. England pays their medical staff so little that they have to hire third world doctors to fill openings. This brings with it security risks as radicalized people enter the country on work visas. France hires nurses as fast as African nursing schools can produce them. If America were to emulate the model the sudden demand increase would distort the markets in those countries.
