Thanks btb, I just wrote Rhonda and asked if there will be an extension filed this year or not. Will let you guys know the answer when it gets here. I believe the "New Moon" phase is over and ACII will be waxing toward a "Full Moon" stage from here on out. Just my prediction but, we can hope can't we??? Gary

bounbtb, once again your not paying attention. I already posted when the annual report has to be filed (post 831). Securities law requires that annual reports be filed within 90 days of the company's fiscal year. That would be Feb 28th for Americhip. But last year Americhip requested a filing delay and did not file the annual report until March 7th. Again, PAY ATTENTION, Americhip has a history of requesting filing delays. They also have a history of not filing separate 4th quarter reports. Info on the 4th quarter in broken out by quarter in the annual report. ONCE AGAIN, YOU REALLY SHOULD SPEND MORE TIME READING PAST POSTS AND LESS TIME TELLING US EITHER INCORRECT INFO OR THINGS WE ALREADY KWOW. I have spoke to four posters by phone repeatedly including Wso2 (dave). I have spoke to Rhonda by phone or emails dozens of times as well as Marc. Your praise of yourself is quite touching but means nothing. Its only when others praise us that its noteworthy. Also if occasional spelling mistakes are so important to you I will try to be more careful. Like maybe posts with perfect grammar and spelling with a lot of incorrect, incorrect or irrelevent information.
