Hillary already won most of the Michigan delegates. She'll likely take New York and Florida. I'd say Obama has a chance in California. Obamas best chance is the mo. gained from wins in Nevada and South Carolina.
Odds? I still say 55-45 for Hillary to be the nomineee.
After today the press will be more in love with Obama. Maybe it tightens.

The only thing that would mitigate this is if Florida went for Obama... but it doesn't look like that will happen.
