I guess he can try the "I tried, but" routine. And although he may be partially right, he really is a lame duck and needs to go sooner than later. He's destroyed the Republican party. Probably guaranteed 4 years or more of more Clintons.
Bush 4 years-Clinton 8 years-Bush 8 years-Clinton? years. How's that for change. <G>
