When material news is announced, it's before the market opens. Full time traders jump in on the news and run up the price. Fools like the crying longs on this thread jump in as well but the price of the stock has already run up. However news of a material contract isn't revenue. It takes time to generate revenue from a deal. Therefore the stock price comes back down. The traders who ran up the stock price have taken their profits. However those who bought the company, are stuck with an investment that is less than what they paid. If you want to make an investment in the company, you buy the stock when no one else is. Now, at .051 before material news. You use charts or American Bulls to determine the best time to enter so that those shares have an opportunity to be in the green. You can even decide later to dump them at a profit if e the investment isn't worth the wait or another opportunity for that money comes available. It pisses me off to no end when long time investors talk down a stock they are long in. Making crap up for this and that. Yet the know-it-alls who claim insider conversations, going back years, twist the morsel of information into their own contrived opinion. Which are negative. Why, because they are all, ALL, losing money in this stock. The facts as stated on record, the 10Q's, says ACII is making revenue more than ever. Buy now if you believe in the story. Sell and take your losses if you don't!
