Hi Lt:

Well in the 100 stocks I keep an eye on and from the results within my portfolio, CPQ is outperforming almost all. I do not think that is mere speculative fever, a la KXL's recent pre assay strength. We will have to wait for the facts, should be soon.

The emerging producers, ie: EPM, WGI, will perform ST on
a. Market sentiment/performance
b. price of gold
c. their actual production performance

They will be subject to selling on continued broader market sell offs.

They will respond to increases/decreases in the price of gold but I would think money will come back to the majors on a POG rise before these Jrs.

They must perform well as producers to prove themselves even if they do benefit from a renewed strong rise in POG. Recent times, Alamos, agi.t, could not make the numbers, Gammon Lake GAM.T with a feasibilty showing insane things like 250% irr failed miserably on production start up, with $600? cash costs and NSU.t has had to shut its Tabakoto mine in September after more than a year of failing to meet its planned production numbers and running at a loss. Mining is an ugly business, very tough and feasibilities etc. do not guarantee to translate.
Success is of course rewarded and there are lots of successes.

Cheers,
Ogi

bwdik?? SO just my thoughts, far from facts.
