I would say lack of a contractual relationship with viewers and Cramer not making any claims regarding his expertise, does he even have a series 7?

i think he got into some trouble a while back when he was a guest analyst (still managing money) for front running a stock or something like that...i can't remember exactly what it was, but he was booted off of cnbs' air for a while because of it

now he's their resident prime time buffoon<vbg>
