More or less what I figured.

Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Germany, Ghana, Guyana, UK I would rate higher.

Why Germany Switzerland, UK? Well you can mine their money.

Why even bother with Zimbabwe and Venezuela, it's not like any punters are unaware of what's going on there, and clearly those countries aren't listening ... waste of time and effort, which could have been much better placed in ranking say Dominican Republic and Sweden ... Ecuador, Turkey, so what if that makes twenty-seven

But interesting, thanks Aloha ... got to rub it into my aussie bud how the g.w.n. gets 10s for 'economic system' and 'political system' while Oz gets only 9s, heh heh ... he'll have a counter though, always does, and unlike what one suspects of the B-D spies, actually experienced BC under the NDP
