Survey Finds New Zealand, Australia Have Least Affordable Homes

1/20/2008 9:36:28 PM New Zealand and Australia have the least affordable homes from among six of the world's industrialized countries, according to a Demographia survey.

The survey found New Zealand with the highest housing costs in relation to incomes among the surveyed nations.

Housing affordability was surveyed in New Zealand, Australia, the U.S., Great Britain, Ireland and Canada.

Los Angeles, California was found to be the least affordable city overall.
