Listening to the Brinker archive of Saturday... 1st hour, Brinker says falling house prices is deflation. So, when house prices were rising 40, 50, 100 percent a year these past few years, we had inflation, right? No, of course not!

These guys are hilarious.

Honey says to queen You call this asking a simple question: "That also would be unethical (something you've consistently accused Brinker of), hypocritical and reprehensible...but in no way surprising."

Here is the quote in its more complete form before parsing:

"Honey, is that passage directly quoted from the special bulletin for subscribers only? IF SO, by posting it on the net, you're ripping off not only Brinker and company, but also all those who pay for their subscriptions." [emphasis added]

You possibly have overlooked the words "IF SO", which IMO opinion, make all the difference as to whether it's a question or an accusation. So I'd suggest that you go ahead with the threats of slander or libel, and good luck with that.
