I don't deny that they are a terrible idea. But far too often the populace seems to think the George Bush dreamed up this whole thing, frankly, I believe that we need to see that just like the Liberals committed us to the idiocy in Afghanistan and Canadians blame Harper, we need to see that this kind of thing can be dreamed up by Demorats, and that we need to beware of both groups. Blaming Harper for martin's committing Canadian Troops to fight allows the Liberals to walk away with a free pass for sending Canadian Troops into battle. And frankly the way martin did it was so sleazy that Liberals should be embarrassed to comment on how Harper is handling the mess the Liberals made. So too the Democrats try to pass off rendition as a Bush Construct instead of the Heritage left by a Democrat president.
