World Markets Tumbled 5% Today On Bush's Economic Failure in the US. And why do I call it his failure? Because he is the one, along with the Delay-Frist congress and the lobbyists and huge corporate gougers, who have spent and stolen like ther's no tomorrow, plundered our middleclass since day one, gave away our common wealth to the rich and big corporate interests, mired us in a colosally expensive excuse for a war which has no real security importance, and have left the great American economy and middleclass a shell of what it was in the 90's economically speaking.

My brother just lost his job. I seriously worry about how he's going to support his family. Because there is no opportunity except the trickle down kind from the very top. And what have Bushies ever done for any working person, or any strip or income level below the richest? Nothing. Bushies claim their tax cuts were some kind of great thing. Those tax cuts were 90% for the top 1% and crumbs for everyone else, while Bushies allowed their corporate big oil, HMO, predatory banking and drug companies to soak us from every direction.

Now, I am for capitalism, but it's time to FORGET the idea that un-regulated corporate profiteers can be trusted to take care of their workers or treat their consumers fairly. That is categorically proven false, from the S+L debacle to the tripling of oil prices tro the doubling of health care costs. Bushie corporate special interests and the miserly billionaire types like Newsmax's Mellon Scaife simply do not give a damn about any of us.
